  • The collaborative nature of IRIS Connect enables peer led mentoring and coaching relationships to form organically. IRIS users may request to observe or to be observed by any teacher at their location or across an alliance

  • Video based professional learning enables individuals and schools to spot areas for further development

  • The sharing of practice within online communities helps to bridge the gap between ITE and on-going professional development

  • Observational tools enable users to give and receive contextualised feedback by applying time linked notes and data collection tools to their lesson observations
