The Teaching school’s package allows you to bolt on a University with 5 free licenses to support ITT and fuse theory and relevant practice for new entrants  New entrants can watch excellent local practice, record their first teaching sessions and share with their peers and lecturers Reflective tools coupled with objective video enables the assessment of needs allowing new entrants to actively take part in their own development ITE students can watch their progress over time with their personal libraries of practice

Teachers within each partner school can share practice easily for reflection and peer led support  The collaborative nature of IRIS Connect enables peer led mentoring and coaching relationships to form organically. IRIS users may request to observe or to be observed by any teacher at their location or across an alliance Video based professional learning enables individuals and schools to spot areas for further development The sharing of practice within online communities helps to bridge the gap between ITE and on-going professional development Observational tools enable users to give and receive contextualised feedback by applying time linked notes and data collection tools to their lesson observations

Senior leaders, coaches and learning mentors can record their own practice to share as exemplar videos across an alliance to develop enhanced learning conversations Personal and shared libraries coupled with observational forms enable individuals to showcase their talent and progression by building e-portfolios that can be easily exported
