As a company we are dedicated to implementing new technologies to support improvement through the effective delivery of training and professional development. The European office for Iris Connect is based on the University of Sussex campus just outside Brighton.

Andy Newell - Managing Director
Andy has an extensive background in educational technology and was involved in a University project which enabled the use of video playback and real time coaching to improve professional development. His work has been key to marrying the theoretical aspects of effective learning with the use of technology. Andy founded IRIS Connect (Europe) in 2008.

Matthew Newell - Director
Matt has worked in every imaginable capacity for IRIS Connect since 2008, coming on board with a focus on the commercialisation, sales and marketing of the developing technology.

Graham Newell - Director & Education Consultant
Graham has worked in education for 30 years as a teacher, manager and senior officer in a number of Local Authorities. In recent years he has been involved in a number of exciting and well regarded initiatives. He is responsible for co-ordinating our education advisory and school support team.
Graham has a strong interest in professional development and has enjoyed providing training at all levels from mid-day supervisors to post-graduates and MA students.

Sarah Pinkerton - Marketing Manager
Sarah graduated with a Business Degree and CIM Marketing qualifications. She has previously managed a business and has a background in providing financial and marketing guidance to small businesses.
Sarah is responsible for implementing and co-ordinating our marketing activities. In particular she has developed our capacity to communicate and interact with our customers through web based activities and social networking.

Responsible for business development with a focus on the European market. Vesna has studied and worked in Macedonia, France and England.
